If you are looking to acquire discovery for a case, the fees are as follows:

• 1. Accident and/or Investigation reports:

  $.75 per page, pages 1-10 $.50 per page, pages 11-20 $.25 per page, pages over 20.

• 2. Mailing Fee - in addition to "per page" costs $5.00 - No fee for fax.

• Copies of DVD/CD or cassette: $5.00 + $5.00 mailing.

• If this request is in regards to a Driking Driving charge there are DVD(s) available, one from the Mobile Video Recorder and one taken from Police Headquarters.

• Extraordinary service fees dependant upon request. Any checks MUST be made payable to the Borough of Somerville.
